If you are looking for something to do tonight, go watch some entertaining volleyball and support a great cause at Cascade High School, which is hosting the third annual Dig for the Cure match. Cascade is playing host to Everett in a Wesco North rivalry match. The event is designed to increase awareness about breast cancer, as well as other types of cancer, and raise money for the Susan G. Komen for the Cure network.

On Monday night the Archbishop Murphy volleyball team held its own Dig for the Cure event during a match versus Cedarcrest (see photo). And Archbishop Murphy's top-ranked girls soccer team will hold its fifth annual Breast Cancer Awareness Day on Friday. The Wildcats girls soccer program has raised nearly $6,000 for the cause over the past four years.
