Representatives of the national initiative Keep the Drive, an educational push sponsored by the Allstate Foundation, will discuss with students the leading causes of car crashes and how to start smart driving conversations. Lynnwood: High school musicians to hold rummage sale Lynnwood High School’s Band and Orchestra will hold a rummage sale from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Nov. 7 at the school, 18218 North Road, Bothell. Snohomish: Tell how to help a neighborhood develop City officials will launch a series of open houses on Monday to discuss the development of a neighborhood east of downtown. The city wants to hear input from residents about the shape they want the neighborhood to take. The area is generally bounded by the Pilchuck River on the east, Glen Avenue on the west, Rainier Street on the south and Sixth Street on the north. Woodway: Dentist offers ‘Cash for Candy’ Edmonds Woodway Dental Care hopes cash will prevent cavities. The dental office 21810 76th Ave. W., Suite 102, plans to give children $5 cash for every pound of candy brought in, up to 2 pounds, plus give a $50 donation to Fare Start, a Seattle culinary training program for the homeless.
