    VOLLEYBALL: Birch had 24 kills in a 3-1 win over Marysville-Pilchuck as the Bearcats clinched the Wesco North championship.

    Kaylie Sowler | Monroe

    GIRLS SOCCER: Sowler scored the game-winning goal in the 78th minute of a 2-1 win over Marysville-Pilchuck as the Bearcats clinched the No. 1 seed from the Wesco North into the 4A District 1 playoffs.

    Blake Nelson | Jackson

    BOYS CROSS COUNTRY: Nelson finished first to lead the Timberwolves to a team championship in the 4A District 1 meet.

    Amy-Eloise Neale | Glacier Peak

    GIRLS CROSS COUNTRY: Neale finished first to lead the Grizzlies to a team championship in the 4A District 1 meet.

    Casey Ellersick | Mountlake Terrace

    FOOTBALL: Ellersick ran for 122 yards and two touchdowns in a 21-12 win over Kamiak as the Hawks clinched the first football postseason berth in school history.

    BOYS TENNIS: Williamson won the 4A district 1 singles championship in three sets.
