Art show and sale

The Grunewald Guild at Trinity Lutheran College offers a “Gathering of Spirits” Art Show and Sale Saturday in Everett.

It’s planned for 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 2803 Wetmore Ave.

The show includes work from The Grunewald Guild, a school for the arts in Leavenworth. There is also a benefit dinner and auction that evening.

Hearing today for bus budget: Community Transit will take input about the agency’s proposed 2010 budget at 3 this afternoon at 7100 Hardeson Road in Everett.



Help victims in the Philippines, Indonesia and Samoa: A Helping Hands Bake Sale is planned from noon to 1 this afternoon at St. Mary Magdalen Catholic School, 8615 Seventh Ave. SE in Everett.

Seventh- and eighth-grade students aim to help victims of earthquakes and a tsunami.
