Seattle's Morningside Academy and Partnerships for Educational Excellence and Research (P.E.E.R) are hosting an online International Art Action today (Nov. 7) through Nov. 17 of student artwork from a primary school in Port Elizabeth, South Africa.

The public is invited to view the paintings at www.peerinternational.org. To participate in the auction, visit http://shop.ebay.com/peersapphire/m.html.

All proceeds from the auction go to supporting the art program at Sapphire Primary School in Port Elizabeth.

Partnerships for Educational Excellence and Research is a nonprofit organization that develops partnerships dedicated to educational excellence and research in order to increase the academic achievement of students in disenfranchised areas throughout the world. Current projects focus on students in post-apartheid South Africa.
