NW Outlaw Compacts 2009 awards banquet this Sat.

For immediate release, Northwest Outaw Compact Series (Nov. 9, 2009)

The annual awards banquet for the Northwest Outlaw Compact Auto Racing Series, marking the end of the 2009 season, is set for 6 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 14 at the North Shore Golf & Country Club in Tacoma.

An evening of food, bench racing, awards, trophies, door prizes, and some special “character-building” awards will make for a festive conclusion to a very successful 2009 season.

The series season champion, Jim “Guido” Perry will be crowned along with rookie-of-the-year honors going to Zach Dalrymple. A new tradition will begin as the Squires Machine Champion's Cup will be awarded as a perpetual trophy passed on each year to the series champion.

Trophies will also be presented to the top ten in championship points and the sportsman-of-the-year; and several “fun” awards will be distributed.
