Snohomish Design Review Board, 7 tonight, George Gilbertson Boardroom, 1601 Ave. D.

Sultan Planning Board, 6:30 tonight, City Hall, 319 Main St. The board will meet with citizen groups at the beginning of its meeting to develop the 2011 comprehensive plan.

Everett Parks and Recreation Board of Commissioners, 6 tonight, Spruce Hall, Forest Park; 802 E. Mukilteo Blvd.

Mukilteo Historical Society, 7 p.m. Thursday, basement of the Rosehill Community Center, 304 Lincoln Ave.

Sultan City Council, 7 p.m. Thursday, City Hall, 319 Main St. The council will consider adopting the balanced 2010 budget.
