Cycle Barn offers special ride: Lynnwood Cycle Barn will donate a selection of Harley-Davidson shirts Friday to a motorcycle lover who was injured in an accident. Meet at 12:15 p.m. at 5615 188th St. SW in Lynnwood to ride to a care center.
Anyone who rides a Harley-Davidson is welcome to join the convoy.
Gov. Gregoire orders flags flown at half-staff today: Flags will be lowered to half-staff today at state agencies to honor U.S. Army Specialist Aaron S. Aamot of Custer. Aamot was killed in Afghanistan when an improvised explosive device detonated near his military vehicle.

Bazaar in Lynnwood: Lynnwood Eagles Auxiliary offers a holiday bazaar and bake sale from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at 19223 Highway 99. A portion of the proceeds will be used to create care packages to be sent to a platoon in Afghanistan.
