Head-on collision shuts down Highway 530 near Oso
OSO – A head-on crash involving an Arlington school bus has shut down Highway 530 east of Oso.
The crash happened just before 4 p.m. at Whitman Road. No one on the bus was injured. Two people in a Dodge Viper were injured, Washington State Patrol trooper Keith Leary said.
It is unclear how many students were on the bus. Investigators believed the Viper crashed into the school bus.
The highway is expected to be closed for a couple of hours.
