    Bothell quarterback throws six TD passes

    BOTHELL — Bothell quarterback Mitchell Muller completed 16 of 24 passes for 274 yards and six touchdowns to lead the Cougars to a 57-14 first-round Class 4A state playoff victory over Rogers of Puyallup Friday at Pop Keeney Stadium.

    Muller threw two touchdowns each to Kevin Knapp and Michael Hartvugson. Running back Luke Proulx also scored twice.

    Bothell advanced to next week’s quarterfinals when it plays the winner of today’s Issaquah vs. Jackson game.
