Learn to manage virtual teams

What: Class through Everett Community College's Corporate and Continuing Education Center. Class description: Learn practical tools and techniques for managing projects in today's global environment. Through case study analysis of real-life scenarios, identify common challenges and pitfalls of virtual teams and how to navigate them to ensure project success.

When: 6 to 9 p.m. Dec. 2.

Where: Everett Community College's Corporate and Continuing Education Center, room 107, 2333 Seaway Blvd., Everett.
