Police look for suspect in Edmonds convenience store robbery

EDMONDS – Police are asking people to help find a man suspected of robbing a convenience store last week.

The man walked into a Circle K store in the 22600 block of Highway 99 just after 9 p.m. on Nov. 27 and demanded cash, Edmonds police Sgt. Don Anderson said. He fled on foot after getting the money. No weapons were used.

The man was described as white, about 6 feet, 2 inches tall and weighing about 185 pounds. He had a military-style haircut and was wearing a white sweatshirt, possibly with a Ford Mustang printed on the front, blue jeans and brown shoes. He spoke with a southern accent.

Anyone with information is asked to call the police at 425-771-0200 or the department’s tip line at 425-771-0212.
