NBA suspends Bucks coach for one game

NEW YORK — The NBA has suspended Milwaukee Bucks coach Scott Skiles one game without pay for arguing with an official during a loss to Washington earlier this week.

The NBA said the suspension would be served Friday night, when Milwaukee plays at Detroit.

Skiles was given two quick technical fouls and ejected late in the first quarter of Wednesday’s 104-102 loss to the Wizards in Milwaukee.

After the first technical, Skiles charged on the court to continue his protest. He was immediately assessed the second technical and ejected from the game with 29.7 seconds left in the opening period.
