Analysts: Expect Boeing to post 4Q profit

Analysts say the Boeing Co. will post a profit in the fourth quarter when it announces its earnings on Wednesday.
The company had reported a loss for the third quarter.
Analysts surveyed by Thompson Reuters expect Boeing to report a profit of $1.36 per share. And those surveyed by FactSet Research estimate Boeing's earnings to be at $1.35 per share.
As always, analysts, investors and media alike will look forward to an update on Boeing's 787. The Dreamliner took its maiden flight late last in 2009. Boeing has said it will deliver the first 787 by year's end.
