House tax plan introduced

Well, actually there's a bill with a number and Democrats have to fill it with words.
For House Democrats, those words need to add up to a chunk of the $857 million counted on to balance the budget passed a short time ago by the Ways and Means Committee..
House Bill 3191 appeared today on the introduction sheet for Sunday.
Open it up and you'll find this:
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:
NEW SECTION. Sec. 1. This act shall be known and cited as the modifying Washington state excise tax laws to create jobs and to preserve funding for education, public safety, health care, and safety net services for elderly, disabled, and vulnerable people act of 2010.
