Sunny with a chance of inebriation: The Weather Channel, after sifting through records, determined that the Puget Sound area had the best winter in the nation as compared to its 30-year averages. Miami, Fla., with its second-coldest winter since 1927, had the worst winter.

That's just great. When this gets out we're going to be overrun every March by drunk college kids on spring break hitching boat rides to Jetty Island.
