Easy money

Easy money: "Find your money on the Internet." Sounds like the latest attractive proposal via e-mail from Dr. Morris Elofu, Esq., chairman of the Investigations and Debt Settlement Committee of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. But claimyourcash.org is perfectly legitimate, writes Mike Benbow.

But remember, if someone at the "Department of Revenue" asks you to send a $100 "New 520 Bridge" fee before you can claim your lost money, it's probably a scam.

Trendy names: According to BabyNameWizard.com, the hottest new names for newborns include Sookie and Tenley for girls and Castiel and Declan for boys.

You have to feel sorry for the kids named Jacob and Emily. They're going to be teased unmercifully on the playground in about seven years.

Early bird special: The rough economy has taken a toll on restaurants, but it also can mean great dining bargains.

Even so, Grandpa, you still have to tip your server more than "six bits."
