EVERETT -- Traffic investigators said on Thursday they are looking for a Toyota Tundra that was seen in the area of a fatal hit-and-run on Sunday in south Everett.

Snohomish County sheriff’s detectives released additional photographs of a white or light-colored pickup truck that was on the road near where Roberto Beltran was hit.

Beltran, 45, suffered fatal injuries and died at the scene.

The hit-and-run happened about 12:30 a.m. in the 1100 block of 128th Street SW.

Detectives said on Thursday they are looking for a 2003 to 2005 Toyota Tundra. The pickup truck has a unique flared body style, said Kevin Prentiss, an administrative chief with the sheriff’s office. The truck likely has front-end damage.

Investigators also want to speak with the driver of a green passenger mini-van that also was seen in the area at the time of the crash. Traffic cameras indicate that the van was following the Tundra, Prentiss said.

Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call the sheriff’s tip line at 425-388-3845.
