Arlington fire displaces family
ARLINGTON -- A family of four was displaced by an early morning house fire Sunday.
Fire crews were summoned just before 1 a.m. to a home in the 20000 block of 67th Drive NE. Arlington firefighters arrived to find flames shooting from the front porch and roof of the two-story house, fire spokeswoman Christine Badger said.
Crews tried to extinguish the blaze from inside the house but dangerous conditions forced them outside.
No one was injured.
Firefighters spent several hours on the scene to put out hot spots.
Authorities with the Snohomish County Fire Marshal's Office are investigating the cause of the fire.
