Prep girls soccer: Edmonds-Woodway 2, Snohomish 1 (OT)

EDMONDS — Savanah Van Citters scored in the first minute of overtime to lead Edmonds-Woodway to a nonleague victory over the previously undefeated Snohomish Panthers (6-1 overall). Snohomish got on the board first when junior forward Aly Morgan scored in the 20th minute (Courtney Brown assist). Edmonds-Woodway (4-3) answered with a goal by forward, Cameron McCarthy in the 28th minute (Sophie Judd assist). Ashley Holten was the keeper for Snohomish, while Michelle Rumpel and Kristin Lyshall split the duty for Edmonds-Woodway. Lyshall was in goal for second half and overtime.
