PREP ATHLETES OF THE WEEK

MIRANDA HEAD | LAKEWOOD

GIRLS SOCCER: The junior goalkeeper made nine saves in regulation, one in overtime and two in a shootout to lead her team to its first-ever victory over Archbishop Murphy.

HAYLEY LIEBEL | LAKEWOOD

VOLLEYBALL: Liebel had a school-record 22 kills in a 3-1 win over Coupeville and led the Cougars with 12 kills in a 3-0 loss to Archbishop Murphy.



DAN SNYDER | EVERETT

BOYS TENNIS: Snyder was 4-0 in singles. He did not lose a game in three of his matches and came back from a 0-4 deficit to win the fourth in straight sets.

HANNAH TAYLOR | M'SVILLE-PILCHUCK

GIRLS SWIMMING: Taylor swam a meet-record time of 2 minutes, 8.17 seconds in the 200-yard individual medley at the Mukilteo Invite.



KEVIN CAMPBELL | GLACIER PEAK

FOOTBALL: The senior quarterback threw four touchdown passes and amassed 329 passing yards (28-for-45) in a 42-21 win over Meadowdale.



TYLER KING | COUPEVILLE

BOYS CROSS COUNTRY: King finished first in the Mt. Baker Invite, covering the 3-mile course in 15 minutes, 5.05 seconds.





AMY-ELOISE NEALE | GLACIER PEAK

GIRLS CROSS COUNTRY: Neale finished first in her heat with the fastest girls time in the meet, 17 minutes, 40 seconds over the 3-mile course at the Yakima Sunfair Invite.
