John Sessions, the man who orchestrated the purchase and restoration of the jet, confirmed the close of the sale. Allen’s Flying Heritage Collection took possession of the jet Wednesday and it’s on display at the Heritage’s museum at Paine Field now. However, Heritage’s website indicates that’s a temporary situation so if you want to see it, don’t procrastinate.
