Prep boys soccer: Snohomish 2, Stanwood 0

STANWOOD -- Connor Barton scored off a Riley Cross assist in the 21st minute and Barton returned the favor, assisting on a Cross goal in the 35th minute to lead Snohomish (3-0 league, 3-1 overall) to the Wesco North win. Brandon George made the lead stand up in goal for Snohomish, which will meet undefeated Marysville-Pilchuck in a matchup of the top two teams in the North on Saturday. Stanwood fell to 0-3, 1-3.
