Another opening for a boys basketball coach

The Edmonds School District filled one opening for a high school boys basketball coach this week. Now it has another.

Todd Rubin has resigned as the head coach at Edmonds-Woodway. He accepted a position as an assistant coach at Northwest University in Kirkland.

In his three seasons as the Warriors' head coach Rubin compiled a 22-43 record. Edmonds-Woodway reached the Class 4A District Tournament this past season and finished with a 10-13 mark.

The job opening has been posted on the school district website. Applications are being accepted through June 8.

Earlier this week, Meadowdale High School announced the hiring of Andy Streit as its boys basketball coach. For the story, click here.
