There’s been recent talk of a clandestine escape clause in Monroe’s contract with traffic-camera contractor Redflex, out of Arizona.
Well, we have the contract. Monroe provided it long ago because it is a public record.

The main part about terminating the contract is on page 10. It says the contract will be terminated if new laws or new court rulings make it illegal.
At the bottom of page 25, you’ll also find out how the cash flow works between the city and the company.
