    Reportedly not the same orange.

“I used to work in shoplifting, before I got to do, you know, real policing.”

Cop 1, heading out to a big call: “I was wondering if you could call my wife and leave her a voicemail and tell her when you think I'll be home.”
Cop 2: “Yeah sure … Is there a chance that she'll answer the phone and interrogate me?”

“I didn't arrest him because he only stole an orange, but he was trespassed and we warned him not to come back.”

“Lots of history with (that family) -- lots of history and not very law enforcement friendly.”

“We keep getting calls for service. I'm tempted to book her for disorderly conduct just to get rid of her.”

Medic 1: “She used to hang out with that methhead we found dead.”
Medic 2: “Which one?”

“I talked to the lady at the retirement home. He's not missing. He's allowed to be out and about.”

“They said the car is stuffed with alcohol, so it is certainly him.”
