Pre-diabetes, 6 p.m. July 20; $30 includes a support person and a free blood sugar monitor. This class covers the importance of lowering blood sugar through lifestyle changes.

Lowering high cholesterol, 6 p.m. July 25. Learn how exercise, nutrition, medications and positive lifestyle changes can lower cholesterol levels. Bring your most recent results and learn what the numbers mean. Class will focus on nutritional changes to improve your LDL cholesterol level.

AARP driving, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. July 25 and 26; $14 or $12 for AARP members. Certificates from this eight-hour course can qualify drivers age 55 and older for insurance discounts.

Growing up male, 6:30 p.m. July 28; $30 includes one child and two adults. This class for ages 9 to 12 encourages family communication about sexual issues and provides accurate information about puberty, taught in partnership with Planned Parenthood of Western Washington.

Joint replacement: Is it the right choice for you? 6 p.m. July 28.

Drop-in grief support group, 2:30 to 4 p.m. first and third Tuesdays of each month. Registration is not required.

Early days of grief support group, 6:30 to 8 p.m. second Wednesday of the month, for people in the first year of mourning. Registration is not required.

P.S. parent support group, 6:30 to 8 p.m. third Wednesday of the month. This drop-in support group is for parents who have experienced miscarriage, stillbirth or infant loss. Registration is not required.

Fitness

Circuit training room is open weekdays from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to noon.

Yoga for all skill levels, noon and 4:15 p.m. Monday through Friday; 7:30 a.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays; 5:30 p.m. Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays; and 8:15 and 9:30 a.m. Saturdays.
