Two hospitalized after Camano Island car collision

CAMANO ISLAND -- Two people were taken to area hospitals after a two-car collision on Camano Island on Tuesday night, the Washington State Patrol reported.
The accident, which was reported around 11:30 p.m., occurred at the intersection of McElroy Drive and NE Camano Drive.
Sandra Sandoz, 49, was taken to Providence Regional Medical Center Everett. Marc Chaberlain, 39, was transported to Skagit Valley Hospital.
Condition reports were not immediately available.
Troopers said the accident is under investigation.
