Still time to satisfy your hunger for fun at the Evergreen State Fair

The theme for this year's Evergreen State Fair was "Hungry For Fun?" and visitors will have until Monday to answer that question.

The fair ends its run at 7 p.m. on Labor Day when the barn doors close and the animals head out.

But you still have time to catch NW Rockfest with the bands Jar of Rain, Nether and Superfekta tonight.

Also, there's the GM Crate All Star Invitational Shootout on Saturdayand the Demo Derby Sunday, with Mr. Dizzy Eve of Destruction and Fireworks.

The Evergreen State Fair is open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. today, Saturday and Sunday and from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday at the Evergreen State Fairgrounds, 14405 179th Ave. SE, Monroe.

General admission is $10 for adults; $7 for seniors and youth and free to kids under 5 and those 90 and older. Parking is $8 weekdays and $10 weekends.
