Prep soccer: Snohomish 7, Mariner 0

EVERETT -- Sara Donley scored an 11th-minute goal and assisted Julianne Chryst's 12th-minute goal and Annie-Laurie Hund's 48th-minute score to lead Snohomish to the nonconference shutout. Taylor Knapinski played the first half in goal for Snohomish (7-1-0 overall), but moved forward on the field in the second half and assisted a goal in the 58th minute by Makenna Wheeler. Ellie Otteson replaced Knapinski in the second half and preserved the shutout. Carissa Nuttal scored in the fourth minute (Chryst assist), Sissy Bates-Mundell scored in the seventh minute (Hund) and Emma Studley had a goal in the 59th minute (Wheeler). Mariner is still looking for its first win with a record of 0-7-0.
