Oak Harbor | Football

The Wildcats running back carried the ball 16 times for 219 yards and four TDs and caught three passes for 112 yards and two TDs in Oak Harbor's come-from-behind win over Mount Vernon. The 53-33 victory kept Oak Harbor undefeated on the season.

Cascade | Boys tennis

The Bruins No. 1 singles player beat Trent Sarver 6-2, 6-3 in a win over Arlington and then knocked off Daniel Cho 6-1, 6-0 to lead Cascade to a 4-3 win over Kamiak.

LANESHA REAGAN

Snohomish | Volleyball

The Panthers sophomore outside hitter had 21 kills in a big 3-1 win over Wesco North rival Monroe and added 16 kills in a sweep of Arlington.

Edmonds-Woodway | Girls soccer

The Warriors forward scored three goals in two Edmonds-Woodway wins last week, including two goals in a 6-0 win over Monroe, as the Warriors increased their win streak to three games.

Meadowdale | Girls swimming

The Mavericks swimmer won four individual events and helped lead Meadowdale to victories over Edmonds-Woodway and Lynnwood last week.

STEVEN STATHAM

Cascade | Boys cross country

The Bruins harrier finished first in a Wesco meet on Thursday at Hamlin Park and had a top-10 finish and was the top Wesco finisher in Saturday's Hole in the Wall.

BROOKE KINGMA

Jackson | Girls cross country

The Timberwolves freshman won a home meet to lead the girls to a victory and then finished ninth to lead Jackson to a team victory at the Richland Invitational on Saturday.
