Are you feeling seriously stressed and, no surprise, just in time for the holidays?
"Mindfulness Meditation and Light Yoga for Holiday Happiness" might be just the class for you.
The Providence Regional Cancer Partnership in Everett is offering a four-week stress-reduction series from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Nov. 12 and 19, and Dec. 3 and 10, all Saturdays, at the partnership at 1717 13th St., Everett.
It is open to anyone and costs $125.
See how easy meditation and yoga practices can help you manage daily stress, and the demands and expectations that increase during the holidays.
Learn how to remain centered and be less reactive to family conflicts and food triggers.
Find out how to practice at home or work, so you can feel strong, peaceful and healthy throughout the holidays and into the new year.
Registered nurse Deborah Klibanoff, formally trained in meditation and mindfullness-based stress reduction, will facilitate the class.
Class size is limited to 12; the registration deadline is Nov. 8.
To register, call 425-297-5536.
