Prep girls soccer: Snohomish 4, Lake Stevens 0

SNOHOMISH -- Snohomish, which clinched first place in the Wesco North on Monday, beat Lake Stevens at home on Senior Night Wednesday. Morgan Green scored just 4 minutes in, assisted by Carissa Nuttal. Two Ellie Otteson goals followed (assists Green and Lauren Johnson). Kamryn Barney capped it off with a 64th minute goal. Melissa Dreves had the shutout for Snohomish (13-1-1 league, 14-1-1 overall). Lake Stevens (11-4, 12-4) and Snohomish both advance to the 4A District 1 playoffs, which begins Saturday.
