Susan Morse lectures on wildlife tracking and conservation at 12:30 p.m. Nov. 16 at the Black Box Theatre at Edmonds Community College.

Morse, an expert in natural history and tracking, has more than 36 years of experience monitoring wildlife, focusing on cougar, bobcat, black bear and Canada lynx.

She founded Keeping Track 17 years ago, an organization that trains others in wildlife monitoring skills. Through their data collection, Keeping Track teams have influenced conservation of more than 30,000 acres of habitat in 12 states and Quebec.
