A look back at the Lake Stevens Vikings' march to 12-0

Lake Stevens quarterback Jake Nelson scrambles out of the backfield away from Monroe's Jake Dimaggio (left) and Tory James (center) on Oct. 7.

The Lake Stevens Vikings have had a tremendous football season. They are 12-0 and two wins away from a state title. Here's a look back at their season, through photographs shot by The Herald and The Weekly Herald.

The Vikings stunned Eastlake to earn a trip to the Tacoma this weekend. Next up for the Vikings is perennial contender Skyview in the state semifinal Saturday at 6:55 p.m. at the Tacoma Dome.
