Seattle-bound plane returns to Honolulu after windshield crack

HONOLULU -- An Alaska Airlines flight bound for Seattle had to return to Honolulu after a crack was found in the plane's windshield.

KHON reported the plane left Honolulu International Airport at 2:15 p.m. Wednesday. It landed back at the same airport about an hour later.

There were 163 people onboard the Flight 852. No one was hurt.

The plane was scheduled to leave for Seattle again early Wednesday evening.
