Prep wrestling: Everett Classic Tournament

EVERETT -- Everett placed second at its own tournament with 177 points, behind only the 212.5 points of Timberline. Jesse Lopez battled to a first-place finish for Everett in the 132 pound weight class and in the 170 pound class, teammate Connor Boyce also finished on top. In the 113 pound class, Edmonds-Woodway's Noah Cuzzetto topped Everett freshman Christian Bagdadi.

For Arlington, Scotty Bardell took the top spot in the 138 pound weight class, Shawn Berg won the 160 pound class and Blake McPherson was first in the 195 pound class.
