Everett weather closures Friday




City of Everett closes some city services due to weather issues

EVERETT TRANSIT: Bus route 17 no Mobile Country Club service. Route 29 no Valley View service. Customer service at Mall Station closed.

ROAD CONDITIONS:
City crews plowed 614 miles of roadway and spread 182 yards of sand between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Thursday.

Use caution: Most city roads are covered with compact snow and ice. Conditions expected to turn to slush as temperatures warm up.

FRIDAY CLOSURES:
Carl Gipson Senior Center
Forest Park Swim Center
All parks classes & programs
Legion Memorial Golf Course
Walter E Hall Golf Course
Kasch Park athletic fields
All parks rental facilities

Park gates will not be opened in the following parks through Friday:
Legion Memorial
Wiggums Skate Park
Walter Hall Skate Park
Harborview
Howarth
Phil Johnson
Thornton A. Sullivan (Silver Lake)
Hauge-Homestead
Kasch
Rotary
Lowell-Riverfront

All other city services not listed here are operating regular hours.
