Larsen to discuss Obama speech in town hall meeting today

Thousands of constituents of U.S. Rep. Rick Larsen, D-Wa. will be getting a phone call around 1 p.m. today inviting them to join the congressman in a telephonic town hall.
Larsen plans to share his thoughts on last night's State of the Union address by President Barack Obama and legislative efforts to promote the creation of jobs in the 2nd Congressional District.
Those taking part can quiz the federal lawmaker on other matters in front of Congress including taxes, defense spending and health care.
