Get a gross of beer and pretzels while you're there: Costco is offering Super Bowl ticket packages for Sunday's game at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis that range from $2,999.99 for one ticket up to $15,499.99 for two tickets and a pre-game party with an NFL legend.
You'll want to buy your tickets soon; it's going to take you a couple of days just to free the tickets from the indestructible plastic packaging they're encased in.

1,999 bottles of beer on the wall: Now that state voters have passed Initiative 1183, ending the state's monopoly on liquor sales, a measure helped substantially by Costco, at least one national retailer, Total Wine, plans to open several super stores in the state. The chain's stores typically are 20,000 square feet with room for 8,000 different wines, 3,000 choices of hard liquor and 2,000 selections of beer. "It's like a gorilla is moving into the neighborhood," said one Spokane wine shop owner.
Except this gorilla can tell you which goes better with banana: Merlot or Riesling.
