The National Lacrosse League announced the starting lineups for the 2012 All-Star game on Monday. The game will be held at the First Niagara Center in Buffalo on Saturday, Feb. 25.

Washington Stealth head coach Chris Hall is scheduled to coach the West All-Stars if he is able to do so after he has received treatment for throat cancer over the past few months.

The East and West All-Star starting lineups were decided by vote of NLL fans, and the league's general managers and coaches as well as members of the media.

The West starters are as follows:

Forward, John Grant Jr. (Colorado Mammoth)
Forward, Adam Jones (Colorado Mammoth)
Transition, Andrew Suitor (Minnesota Swarm)
Defenseman, Rory Smith (Colorado Mammoth)
Defenseman, Kyle Rubisch (Edmonton Rush)
Goaltender, Chris Levis (Colorado Mammoth)

The East starters are as follows:

Forward, John Tavares (Buffalo Bandits)
Forward, Cody Jamieson (Rochester Knighthawks)
Transition, Brodie Merrill (Philadelphia Wings)
Defenseman, Billy Dee Smith (Buffalo Bandits)
Defenseman, Pat McCready (Rochester Knighthawks)
Goaltender, Mike Thompson (Buffalo Bandits)

There are still 24 more players who will be named to the All-Star teams. The remaining 12 players on each team will be announced later this week.
