Prep boys basketball: Shorecrest 47, Ferndale 46
SHORELINE -- Dylan Pontrello scored the game-winning basket for Shorecrest with about a minute to play in the game as the Scots survived a late Ferndale rally in a District 3A playoff game. Shorecrest forward Emmanuel Chibogwu Jr. had 14 points and 10 rebounds, and blocked six shots. Shorecrest plays at Mountlake Terrace on Friday.
