The lineup for the 2012 Sasquatch music festival at the Gorge has been announced. Tickets will go on sale on Saturday.

The lineup for the annual Memorial Day music festival, Sasquatch, was just announced and festival passes go on sale Saturday.

This year's big name acts include Jack White, Beck and Bon Iver. Deeper in the long roster are local favorites, The Head & The Heart, the indie band The Shins, singer-songwriter M. Ward and "Portlandia," the duo of Fred Armisen and Carrie Brownstein from the TV show.

Sasquatch has grown since 2002 from a region festival to become one of the premier music events nationwide.

Set against the backdrop of the Columbia River Gorge, Sasquatch is four days of some of the best rock music and comedy for all tastes.

The year's festival is scheduled for May 25 through 28.

See the full lineup on The Herald's What Radio blog. More information at sasquatchfestival.com.
