George Clooney and Shailene Woodley star in "The Descendants," which has been nominated in five Academy Awards categories including Best Picture and Clooney for Best Actor.

The Academy Awards are coming up Feb. 26. Have you seen all the Oscar nominated movies? Do you want to see all nine over two days?

AMC Theatres are offering their annual Best Picture Showcase on Saturday and Feb. 25 at three area theaters this year, Alderwood Mall, Cascade Mall and Woodinville.

You can purchase a one-day pass for $30 to see four films on Saturday: "War Horse," "Moneyball," "The Tree of Life" and "The Descendants." Or spend $40 to see five films on Feb. 25: "Hugo," "The Help," "Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close," "The Artist" and "Midnight in Paris."

A pass for both days costs $60 if purchased online (at go.amctheatres.com/bps), but it's just $50 if you buy them in advance at the box office.

Another bonus if you purchase tickets in advance: AMC Stubs members will get $5 in Stubs bucks for each day for concession stand sustenance to last you through the marathon of movies. Sign up for a Stubs card at theater box offices or online at amcstubs.com.

The way it works: The movie marathon begins at 11 a.m. both days. You're given a lanyard with a pass so you can go in and out all day and watch all the nominees or select just the ones you haven't seen. Souvenir posters and other freebie movie paraphernalia will be handed out too.
