Snohomish | Boys basketball
The Panthers senior guard scored 24 points as Snohomish beat Lake Stevens in the semifinals of the 4A District 1 tournament. Hamlin also scored 22 points in a win over Cascade in the first round of the tournament.

Katie Hawkins
Glacier Peak | Girls basketball
The Grizzlies senior guard scored 15 of her game-high 22 points in the second half of a win over No. 1-seed Lynnwood to help GP advance to the 3A District 1 tournament championship game. Hawkins also had 27 points in a first-round win over Ferndale on Thursday.

Blake McPherson
Arlington | Boys wrestling
The senior 195-pound grappler beat previously unbeaten Bryson Page, of Union, 20-10 in the 195-pound final at the 4A Regional Tournament to remain undefeated and punch his ticket to this weekend's Mat Classic.

Justine Palabrica
Everett | Girls wrestling
The Seagulls 100-pound wrestler pinned her first two opponents before beating Mariner's Julie Mata, the sixth-ranked wrestler in the state, 16-7 in the final of the Region 1 tournament and punching her ticket to state.

Alec Barnard
Archbishop Murphy | Boys swimming
The Wildcats swimmer won the 200 freestyle and the 100 butterfly, helped the Murphy 400 freestyle relay team to a second-place finish and was named the Swimmer of the Meet at this past weekend's 2A Northwest District Championships.
