Attend: Basketball game to fight cancer
The Washington Rampage basketball team is hosting a fundraiser game for cancer cure research. The game is scheduled for 4 p.m., Feb. 26 at the Marysville Boys & Girls Club, 1010 Beach Ave. Marysville. The cost is $5.
Attend: Rotary Club dinner, auction
The Rotary Club of South Everett will host a fundraiser dinner and live auction at 5 p.m. on March 24 at the Tulalip Casino, 10200 Quil Ceda Blvd. Tulalip. Tickets cost $90 per person. The event will include the silent auction first with complimentary appetizers and champagne followed by dinner, live auction and a dessert dash. The Rotary Club also would welcome any donations of auction items from local businesses. Proceeds from the event fund community and international grants that support a variety of local organizations including the Boys & Girls Club, Red Cross, ACES & Cascade High School, Everett Search and Rescue, Little Red School House Pregnancy Aid and Heartbeat for Wounded Warriors. The Marysville PTA Council is organizing a Founder's Day Dinner and Auction to raise money for scholarships. The event starts at 6 p.m., Feb. 21, at the Kellogg Marsh Elementary School gym, 6325 91st St. NE. Cost is $10 per person.
Donate: Help EHS with seniors dinner
The Everett High School leadership group is holding its annual senior citizen dinner at 5 p.m., Feb. 29, in the cafeteria, 2416 Colby Ave. There will be spaghetti and dessert while the school's jazz band performs. Reservations are needed for the free dinner by Feb. 22. The group is seeking donations to hold the event. For reservations and donations, call 425-385-4414.

The Everett Public Schools Foundation is hosting its annual benefit breakfast from 7:15 a.m. to 8:30 a.m., , March 8, in the Hansen Conference at the Comcast Arena in Everett. Funds go to support program initiatives of the foundation that help Everett public school students and staff. The Mill Creek Senior Center is having an all-you-can-eat breakfast to raise funds for the center from 8:30 to 11 a.m., Thursday, at Merrill Gardens Retirement Community, 14905 Bothell-Everett Highway. The suggested donation is $10. There will be waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, coffee, tea, and juice. For more information, call 425-948-7170.
Help: Graffiti paint-out in Marysville
Marysville is organizing its second Graffiti Paint Out from 9 a.m., to noon, April 13, starting at Cedarcrest Middle School, 6400 88th St.
The event consist of painting over walls that have graffiti. To sign up or for more information, contact parks maintenance manager Mike Robinson at 360-363-8406 or by email at mrobinson@marysvillewa.gov.
