This hot dog will debut soon in Paris for $12.

A couple of weeks ago we told you about a $100 hot dog being served in Vancouver, British Columbia.

Today we refer you to a $12 dog debuting soon in Paris, as reported in the New York Times.

That's a long way to go for some ground meat in a bun, but consider this. The chef and creator of this particular dog has earned three Michelin stars, the food world equivalent to Adele's sweep of the Grammys the other night.

This dog is made with a version of tete de veau, cow's head.

Let us know what you think. For now, I'll stick to burgers.
