EDMONDS — The Female Entrepreneurs’ Business Network and Resource Fair will be held from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 23 at Edmonds Community College in the Black Box Theatre.

Topics include starting and managing a business, financing, counseling and training. It is a free event, but space is limited.
