Everett vs. Portland: lineup notes

EVERETT

Forward lines:
Winquist-Petryk-Birkholz
Harrison-Bauml-Fowlie
Erricson-Chynoweth-Lofthouse
Boyd-Samoridny

Defensive pairings:
Murray-Adam
Caron-Bittner
Walters-Grayson

Starting goalie:
Simpson

Scratches: Morden, Yadlowski, Barnett, Hayer, McPhee.

Notes: Everett plays one short tonight as defenseman Brennan Yadlowski serves the fifth game of his 10-game suspension, while forwards JT Barnett (knee), Manraj Hayer (concussion), Zach McPhee (head) and defenseman Evan Morden (ankle) are all out injured. Defenseman Nick Walters plays with a full face shield after taking a puck to the lip last weekend that required 23 stitches.

PORTLAND

Forward lines:
Bartschi-Peters-Gabriel
Ross-Reid-Leipsic
Leier-Noebels-Rattie
Baker-Petan-Eviston

Defensive pairings
Pouliot-Rutkowski
Wotherspoon-Morrow
Viveiros-Hanson

Starting goalie:
Burke

Scratches: De Leo, Castro, Trott, Wrenn.

Notes: Portland plays without its captain, defenseman William Wrenn, because of an upper-body injury. Also not in the lineup is winger Jason Trott, who initiated the fight that prompted Yadlowski into the actions that led to his suspension. Trott is a healthy scratch.
