Santorum joins anti-science crowd
The evidence is there for everyone to see: melting glaciers, shifting seasons, warming oceans, shrinking sea and polar ice, nights warming faster than days, more heat returning to earth and less escaping to space, and growing numbers of extreme droughts and torrential rain events.
Instead of moving at the glacial speed of the past, these changes are happening over decades and within our lifetimes. Yet Santorum and the other candidates ignore the evidence and do the bidding of the "for-profit" corporations in exchange for campaign contributions and other favors. This type of willful ignorance and lack of courage to stand up to the corporations endangers our future, and more importantly, the future of our children. It's time for the public to demand that our leaders represent "we the people," not the corporations.
